Role summary

Warehouse leadership and operations

• Lead daily operations across storage facilities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.
• Develop daily workload plans, assign tasks, and ensure work follows SOPs and company policies.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Logistics.
• Monitor capacity, optimize storage, maintain material flow, and act as the first escalation point for operational and inventory issues.

Inventory management and stock control

• Maintain accurate inventory across finished-goods and raw-material cold stores and the packaging-material dry store.
• Record receiving, put-away, transfers, production issues, returns, adjustments, and dispatches accurately and promptly in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts, location verification, reconciliations, and physical counts; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Control batches, expiry dates, lot traceability, storage locations, FIFO/FEFO rotation, stock movements, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Monitor aging, obsolete, slow-moving, rejected, and damaged stock; analyze inventory performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate stock availability with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain while minimizing excess and shortages.

Equipment, fleet, and reporting

• Manage VNA trucks, reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, electric pallet trucks, and hand pallet jacks; coordinate preventive maintenance and monitor utilization and costs.
• Manage six delivery trucks, delivery schedules, vehicle utilization, maintenance, licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Track vehicle utilization, delivery performance, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and driver productivity.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, productivity, stock variances and aging, temperature compliance, loading efficiency, capacity, customer service, and safety.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of warehouse experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution, or cold-chain operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
