Process Executive

Role purpose

Accounts receivable and cash controls

• Create and manage customer invoices, manual invoices, credit notes, and debit notes in Oracle.
• Approve SalesBuzz receipts, post them in Oracle, allocate against open invoices, and resolve allocation differences.
• Process other AR transactions and adjustments; calculate and book bad debt provisions according to company policy.
• Process daily bank statements in Oracle and reconcile SalesBuzz sales and collections with the ERP.
• Manage van sales cash handling controls and timely bank deposits; investigate shortages, overages, and timing differences.
• Clear open bank reconciliation items and coordinate with banks and internal teams to identify unidentified receipts.

Intercompany and master data

• Post intercompany invoices and related AR transactions; support confirmations and reconciliations with group entities.
• Create, update, and maintain Oracle master data from approved requests and supporting documents.
• Enter master and transactional data accurately and within agreed turnaround times; validate requests and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Review data quality and correct duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies.
• Apply maker-checker and segregation-of-duties controls and retain an audit trail of requests and approvals.

Month-end close and reporting

• Support month-end close activities related to AR, cash, and master data.
• Prepare AR aging schedules and reconcile AR balances with the General Ledger, explaining variances.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash sales or sales operations, or master data management or data entry.
• Oracle ERP experience is ideal.
• FMCG, distribution, retail, or shared services experience is preferred.
