• We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven **Logistics & Warehouse Manager** to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, warehouse management, fleet coordination, inventory control, and site execution support while ensuring the seamless movement of materials, assets, furniture, and equipment across multiple projects.
• ***Job Profile:***
• Responsible for end-to-end logistics, warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and site execution support for exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out projects
• Ensures smooth movement of materials, premium furniture, and equipment between warehouse and project sites
• Maintains inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and luxury-standard site presentation and handover quality
• Leads operational teams to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution across all projects
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Manage overall warehouse operations, storage, and material organization
• Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, assets, and equipment
• Supervise check-in and check-out of furniture, décor, and rental items
• Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and digital tracking of all assets
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient movement and safety
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Plan and manage daily transportation schedules for project deliveries and collections
• Coordinate fleet usage including trucks, pickups, and trailers
• Oversee loading and unloading activities at warehouse and site locations
• Manage venue access permits, loading bay bookings, and delivery timings
• Coordinate on-site logistics for exhibitions, events, and fit-out projects
• Handle reverse logistics including dismantling, packing, and return to warehouse
• Ensure safe and timely movement of all materials and assets
• Plan and supervise pre-event and post-installation deep cleaning activities
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and installations meet luxury presentation standards
• Maintain high-level finishing for client handover and walkthrough readiness
• Implement strict quality control for final site presentation
• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, and cleaning teams
• Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth manpower coordination
• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across all operations
• Ensure compliance with PPE usage and safety procedures

***Required Qualifications & Experience***

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of GCC logistics and venue operations
• Experience with ERP/WMS/IMS systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, barcode tracking)
