- We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented **Sales Specialist – Interior Fit-Out** to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will support business growth by generating leads, converting opportunities into sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's services across interior fit-out, exhibitions, and event solutions.
- Support business growth by generating leads and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
- Promote company services in exhibitions, interior fit-out, and event solutions
- Build strong client relationships and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Act as a key front-line representative of the company in the market
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- 1.
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, and visits
- 2.
- Contact potential clients and present company services
- 3.
- Follow up on incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
- 4.
- Support Senior Sales Team in client meetings and presentations
- 5.
- Assist in preparing basic quotations and proposals
- 6.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversion
- 7.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects
- 8.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
- 9.
- Provide updates on client feedback and market insights
- 10.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM system
- 11.
- Track sales pipeline and update status regularly
- 12.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
***Required Qualifications & Experience:***
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of sales experience (preferably in UAE market)
- Experience in exhibitions, interiors, or events industry is an advantage
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered

- Basic sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Ability to learn technical product/service knowledge quickly
- Good CRM and follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated and energetic approach
