• We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, commercially driven, and highly organized **Procurement Specialist** to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, services, and subcontractor packages while ensuring cost-effective procurement, quality compliance, and timely project delivery across exhibitions, interior fit-out, and event projects.
• ***Job Profile:***
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, services, and subcontractor packages for exhibitions, interior fit-out, and event projects
• Ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality, timelines, and project specifications
• Works closely with estimation, design, and operations teams to support project delivery and profitability
• Builds and manages a strong vendor and supplier network across UAE and GCC markets
• ***Key Responsibilities:***
• 1.
• Source and identify suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for project requirements
• 2.
• Maintain and update approved supplier/vendor database
• 3.
• Request quotations and compare prices from multiple suppliers
• 4.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts
• 5.
• Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and cost targets
• 6.
• Coordinate with estimation team for BOQ validation and material specifications
• 7.
• Procure materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fabrication services
• 8.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to warehouse and project sites
• 9.
• Issue purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals as per company policy
• 10.
• Track procurement status for ongoing projects and update internal teams
• 11.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with finance for payment processing
• 12.
• Resolve supply delays, shortages, and urgent procurement requirements
• 13.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative material options
• 14.
• Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and technical requirements
• 15.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
• 16.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities
• 17.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• 18.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures

***Required Qualifications & Experience:***

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of procurement experience in UAE or GCC
• Experience in exhibitions, interior fit-out, construction, or events industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication services
