Senior Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven **Senior Project Manager** to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects while ensuring excellence in quality, timeline, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and delivering multiple interior fit-out and joinery projects from concept through completion.

The role ensures successful execution in terms of time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating closely with Designers, Production, Procurement, Suppliers, Site Teams, and Clients.

The position also includes leading and managing Project Managers and cross-functional teams within Operations, Estimation, and Procurement to ensure full alignment between design, costing, execution, and delivery.The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and delivering multiple interior fit-out and joinery projects from concept through completion. The position also includes leading and managing Project Managers and cross-functional teams within Operations, Estimation, and Procurement to ensure full alignment between design, costing, execution, and delivery.

***Key Responsibilities:***

1.

Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and joinery projects from design approval to final handover.

2.

Manage and supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and supporting project teams within Operations.

3.

Coordinate closely with Estimation, Procurement, Design, Production, and Site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

4.

Ensure alignment between project execution, cost estimation, procurement strategy, and production planning.

5.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

6.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards.

7.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure alignment with production and site execution.

8.

Oversee procurement planning, supplier coordination, and material delivery schedules.

9.

Monitor production and site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

10.

Manage project risks, delays, and technical challenges with effective mitigation strategies.

11.

Handle project variations, change orders, and client approvals.

12.

Ensure strong cost control, budget tracking, and project profitability.

13.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.

14.

Lead site coordination, inspections, snagging, and final handover processes.

15.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

16.

Resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues across all project stakeholders.

17.

Maintain complete project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

***Technical Skills:***

· Advanced Risk Management and mitigation planning

· Strong Project Scheduling (baseline, critical path, recovery planning)

· Budgeting, cost control, and project financial management

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Asana / Jira or similar)

· Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings

· Strong understanding of fit-out, joinery, and construction workflows

· Vendor, subcontractor, and procurement management expertise

· Strong knowledge of estimation, cost control, and project commercial alignment

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities

· Proven ability to manage Project Managers and multi-disciplinary teams

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

· Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

· High attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Strong coordination between design, production, procurement, and site teams

· Ability to drive accountability across all departments

***Education & Experience:***

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

· PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred

· 7 to 9+ yrs of project management experience in Events and Exhibitions and Joinery ,Interior Fit-Out.

· Minimum 3–5 years in a Senior Project Manager role handling large-scale projects

· Proven experience managing teams across Operations, Estimation, Procurement, and Project Execution

· Strong UAE experience is highly preferred
