Role overview

Warehouse and inventory operations

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
• Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient storage.
• Ensure correct identification, labeling, coding, and storage of filters and other products.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP records; conduct daily counts, cycle counts, and periodic physical verification.
• Monitor shortages, excess, damaged, missing, fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock; coordinate replenishment and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure stock rotation and storage practices prevent damage, deterioration, or misplacement.

Orders and team management

• Ensure orders are checked, packed, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time; coordinate priorities with Sales and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate warehouse vehicles and maintain delivery documents, invoices, and related records with relevant departments.
• Supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, pickers, packers, and laborers; assign tasks and manpower and monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and work quality.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures, product identification, stock handling, and safety; evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

Systems, safety, and reporting

• Record warehouse transactions in the ERP system, including receipts, transfers, picks, deliveries, damages, and returns; keep documentation available for audits.
• Enforce health, safety, and warehouse procedures; monitor equipment and protective equipment use and report incidents, damages, and risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and monitor stock accuracy, fulfillment, dispatch, and productivity.
• Identify improvements to warehouse costs, space utilization, productivity, errors, delays, and inventory losses.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in automotive spare parts, filters, or related distribution.
• Experience managing large warehouse teams and inventory operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and stock reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material-handling practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting; good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

• AED 6,000–9,000 per month.
