Role Overview
Manage branch sales reporting, team coordination, and retail operations while taking on increasing responsibility as Sales Executive - In-charge.
Support sales performance, operational efficiency, customer service, and inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily sales reporting activities and retail operations.
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve efficiency and performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams on business and operational requirements.
- Maintain customer service standards and support a positive shopping experience.
- Support inventory monitoring and other retail operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized work style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations and sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to interpret sales trends and recommend improvement strategies is preferred.
Workplace and Employment
- The work location is in person.
- The position is full-time.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
