The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Head with knowledge of RFx, purchase planning, inventory planning, and import purchasing.
The role includes developing and managing the procurement team through capability building, coaching, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement, including RFx, sourcing, negotiations, and purchase execution.
- Drive purchase planning, inventory planning, and import procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
- Manage supplier relationships, cost control, and procurement governance.
- Develop, mentor, and manage the procurement team to improve effectiveness and accountability.
Desired profile
- 5–10 years of strong experience in procurement leadership.
- Hands-on exposure to RFx and purchase planning processes.
- Working knowledge of import purchasing and inventory control.
- Spare parts procurement experience is preferred.
- Strong people management, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
