Procurement Role
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and timely availability of quality products, materials, and services.
Focuses on supplier management, cost optimization, inventory coordination, procurement-policy compliance, and uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure products, materials, and services according to company requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers for pricing and quality.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.
- Create and process purchase orders and follow up until delivery.
- Maintain supplier relationships and identify reliable new vendors.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and branches on procurement requirements.
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure documentation is complete before submission to accounts.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
- 1–2 years of UAE procurement or purchasing experience is preferred.
- Experience in automotive spare parts, industrial products, filtration products, or trading companies is preferred.
- Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and cost evaluation abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good planning, organization, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple activities.
Pay
- AED 2,000.00–AED 4,000.00 per month.
Work Location
- In-person role.
