About This Role

Warehouse In-Charge (Online order, Grocery or Hypermarket experience)

Location: Qatar

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Warehouse In-Charge to oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination across supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution centre operations
  • Monitor daily performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes
  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and store teams
  • Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Track and report KPIs, ensuring targets and SLAs are met
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations
  • Experience working with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers
  • Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) – mandatory
  • Familiarity with MSD systems is an advantage
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Data Studio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
