Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven **Warehouse In-Charge** to oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution centre operations
- Monitor daily performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and store teams
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Track and report KPIs, ensuring targets and SLAs are met
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations
- Experience working with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers
- Strong knowledge of **WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)** – mandatory
- Familiarity with MSD systems is an advantage
- Advanced skills in **Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Data Studio**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
