• Managed daily administrative operations for the butchery section within the DC pick-pack process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintained precise inventory records, including receiving, transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments in system databases.
• Monitored stock levels of meat and poultry products and coordinated replenishment with supervisors to prevent shortages.
• Tracked product expiry dates and implemented FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure food safety compliance and minimize waste.
• Maintained and updated documentation such as temperature logs, sanitation records, and audit checklists in line with regulatory standards.
• Coordinated with operations and supply chain teams to align production with demand planning and sales requirements.
• Ensured strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and municipality regulations within the butchery environment.
• Supported waste reduction initiatives by tracking shrinkage, damages, and expired inventory.
• Prepared daily and weekly reports on stock movement, variances, and overall butchery performance.
• Assisted in internal and external audits by ensuring accurate documentation and process compliance.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with store operations, quality, and logistics teams to maintain efficient workflows.
