- Oversee daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth store performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage food inventory levels, including ordering, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Supervise receiving operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality-checked deliveries
- Coordinate warehouse activities, including proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and space optimization
- Monitor perishable goods to minimize waste, spoilage, and shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Lead, train, and schedule store and warehouse staff to meet operational targets
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent product availability
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure product availability on shelves
- Implement loss prevention measures and control operational costs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
