Role Summary
We’re looking for a DC Specialist or Distribution Centre Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices and online order.
Duties
- and Responsibilites:
- Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day-to-day
- Working end to end on DC operations and mid mile - DC to stores and store to dc process
- Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement whether by introducing automation or through designing better processes
- Develop a great understanding of MSD system and adequately leverage their functionality in tmart DC operations
- Drive the execution of these plans in collaboration with country DC team
- Closely working with DC team, Supply chain, and store team
- Develop SLAs and targets of various kpis and align the local team
- Develop various actionable dashboard with analytics team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and process-driven
Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio
Strong problem solving abilities
Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
Knowledgeable of WMS system (warehouse management system) is must, MSD system will be advantage
