Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG / Supermarket)

• Supervise daily receiving and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee inbound deliveries, verify quantities/quality against purchase orders and invoices
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and segregation of food, grocery, and FMCG products
• Implement and monitor inventory control processes, including FIFO/FEFO and batch/expiry tracking
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely system updates (ERP/WMS)
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Monitor cold chain requirements for perishable items and ensure proper temperature control
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and stock accessibility
• Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch activities to support store replenishment
• Coordinate with procurement, store operations, and suppliers for smooth stock flow
• Train, schedule, and manage warehouse and receiving staff performance
• Enforce health & safety policies, including proper equipment use and safe handling practices
• Minimize stock loss, damages, and shrinkage through effective controls
• Prepare and analyze inventory and receiving reports to support planning and decision-making
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and supplier discrepancies in a timely manner

Work Location: In person
