Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse In Charge.
- Previous experience in a mobile phone company, especially an iPhone-related company, is required.
- Strong mobile phone warehouse operations and inventory control experience.
- Knowledge of mobile phone grading by device condition and model, including iPhone models, storage capacities, and grades.
- Experience receiving, checking, sorting, storing, and dispatching mobile phones and controlling stock movements.
- Ability to supervise warehouse staff; knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, discrepancy follow-up, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations and control incoming and outgoing mobile phones and accessories.
- Verify device model, storage capacity, and grade at receipt and dispatch; supervise accurate grading and classification.
- Ensure proper receiving, checking, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing teams.
- Conduct physical stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and organize products in the warehouse.
- Supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and report missing, damaged, or incorrectly classified products.
- Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.
