Role overview

Universal Telecom FZCO seeks an Inventory Controller Assistant to support inventory and warehouse operations.

Candidates with mobile phone refurbishment, repair, or electronics-refurbishment experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

Assist the Inventory Controller with daily inventory and warehouse tasks.
Receive, count, check, and organize raw stock such as phones, spare parts, and electronic devices.
Maintain inventory records, assist with stock counts, and check incoming and outgoing items for quantity and condition.
Label and organize phones, parts, and accessories; report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
Track devices from raw stock through refurbishment and record device and parts movements.
Keep warehouse areas organized and clean and complete other assigned inventory tasks.

Requirements

Microsoft Excel and computer knowledge are required.
Previous inventory, warehouse, or stock-related experience is preferred.
Mobile-phone refurbishment or repair company experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of mobile phones, spare parts, and electronic devices is an advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy; organized, responsible, and reliable.
Able to work in a team and willing to learn and take responsibility.
