Universal Telecom FZCO is hiring an experienced iPhone Face ID Technician in Dubai.
The role diagnoses, repairs, and tests Face ID issues across different iPhone models.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Face ID issues and test functionality across iPhone models.
- Identify hardware faults in Face ID sensors, proximity sensors, and related components.
- Identify faults after screen, front camera, or other component replacements and signs of previous repairs.
- Repair or replace Face ID components as needed and use appropriate diagnostic and repair tools.
- Test Face ID after repair, ensure the device is fully functional, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an iPhone Face ID Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of iPhone models, Face ID systems, hardware, and components.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing Face ID issues and accurately identifying faults.
- Experience with Face ID repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous UAE experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Full-time, in-person work in Dubai, UAE.
