The Inventory Controller monitors and controls inventory, maintains accurate stock records, and ensures proper stock movement and documentation.
The inventory includes mobile phones and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory records and track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and verify received and dispatched products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Maintain product models, quantities, conditions, grades, and related details.
- Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports and coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing.
- Investigate and report discrepancies, losses, and damaged items; ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain inventory organization and documentation and support warehouse operations when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Control, or a similar position.
- Experience with mobile phones, electronics, or refurbished/used devices is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
