Responsibilities
- Inspect and test mobile phones received by the company.
- Check devices for scratches, dents, cracks, and other cosmetic issues.
- Test screen, touch, camera, speaker, microphone, charging port, buttons, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, network connectivity, and other functions.
- Check battery health and overall device condition; verify model, storage capacity, color, IMEI, and other specifications.
- Identify and report faulty devices, grade phones to company standards, and separate them by condition and grade.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure devices meet quality standards before dispatch.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Mobile QC, Mobile Testing, Quality Control, or a similar position.
- Experience with mobile phones and electronic devices; good smartphone knowledge, especially iPhone.
- Ability to identify hardware and software issues and knowledge of mobile testing procedures and quality grading.
- Basic knowledge of IMEI and device specifications.
- Experience and familiarity with Doctor Phone software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
