AKAA Tents & Sheds is seeking an experienced Warehouse Foreman to supervise daily warehouse activities, manage workers, and ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and maintained properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and workers.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
- Maintain storage of steel, PVC fabric, accessories, tools, and other materials.
- Manage loading and unloading activities.
- Issue materials to production and site teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged materials.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and site teams.
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Arrange materials for accessibility.
- Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and daily tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Foreman or Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience in construction, steel, tent, shade, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to supervise and manage warehouse workers.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Employment Type
The role is full-time.
