Construction Helper supporting site teams with construction, installation, and landscaping work.
The role involves physical work on site and assisting carpenters, welders, fabricators, and installers.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers with construction and installation of tents, sheds, and structures.
- Load, unload, and carry materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks.
- Help with site setup, measuring, and basic fabrication work.
- Support landscaping activities when required.
- Follow supervisor instructions and site safety rules; maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous construction-helper experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of site safety.
- Valid UAE residency is an advantage.
- Basic English, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic communication is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work is in person and involves physical site work.
- The posting lists Sharjah, UAE, as the interview location.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 1,000 per month.
