Prepares MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for construction, tent, shade, and structural projects.
Drafting and coordination
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
- Create electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP layouts based on project requirements.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate MEP layouts with those plans.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, details, and as-built drawings.
- Revise drawings to reflect site conditions, project requirements, and engineer comments.
- Ensure drawings follow project specifications and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams; maintain drawing records and revision control.
- Visit project sites when required to verify measurements and existing conditions.
Candidate requirements
- Diploma or degree in MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
- Construction or engineering project experience is preferred.
- Good coordination and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Employment and pay
- Full-time position.
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
