Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems or company databases.
  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and stock transfers with logistics and transportation teams.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and incorrect deliveries.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
  • Prepare goods receipt records, delivery notes, dispatch documents, and inventory reports.
  • Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor order processing and help ensure shipments meet delivery schedules.
  • Ensure warehouse activities follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Report operational issues and inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
  • Assist with improving warehouse processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of receiving, dispatching, stock control, and inventory management procedures.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and stock-handling procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, UAE.
