Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, live chat, and other company-approved communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify suitable solutions.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns have been addressed.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful approach in every interaction.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Customer service or call centre training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Executive, Call Centre Agent, or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
  • UAE work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
