A rapidly expanding logistics and trade company in the UAE’s import-export sector, we specialize in end-to-end warehousing, inventory management, and cross-border supply chain operations for retail, industrial, and e-commerce clients.
With our operations centered in UAE free zones, we deliver precision, compliance, and speed across goods handling, storage, documentation, and dispatch—supporting regional trade growth with agility and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming goods with accurate documentation and quality checks.
- Organize and stock inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners for real-time tracking.
- Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments ensuring compliance with export documentation and packaging standards.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse zones in adherence to UAE safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with inventory reports and supervisors.
- Assist in loading/unloading cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Must-Have
- WMS (e.g., SAP WM, Oracle WMS, or similar)
• UAE Logistics Documentation
- Basic MS Excel (Data Entry, Sorting, Filtering)
Preferred
- Experience in UAE Free Zone Warehousing
- Knowledge of Customs Clearance Procedures
