About The Opportunity

A dynamic import-export firm operating in the UAE’s fast-paced logistics and trade sector, we specialize in seamless cross-border commerce across MEA markets.

Our team thrives on delivering world-class customer service, operational efficiency, and personalized client experiences — and we’re looking for a polished, proactive Receptionist to be the trusted face and voice of our front office in the UAE.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams — greeting, directing, and managing inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy, urgency, and discretion.
  • Manage and maintain organized visitor logs, appointment calendars, and daily office schedules using digital tools.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and support administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to assist with onboarding, visitor badges, and internal documentation.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and aligned with company brand standards at all times.
