A fast-growing trade and logistics company operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end import-export solutions for consumer goods, industrial supplies, and retail commodities.
Our team ensures seamless customer communication, order tracking, and vendor coordination—delivering reliability and responsiveness in a high-volume, fast-paced trading environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, resolving inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
- Input and update customer data, order details, and service requests accurately into the CRM system in real time.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments while maintaining clear documentation and follow-up timelines.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional updates to customers per company guidelines and scripts.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of customer requests and order fulfillment.
- Meet daily KPIs for call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Must-Have
- fluency in English (spoken and written)
- CRM software experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
- Call center dialer tools
- Strong phone etiquette
- Time management skills
Preferred
- Experience in logistics or trading sectors
- Arabic language proficiency
- Knowledge of UAE customs and delivery systems
