A fast-growing retail and import-export operation based in the UAE, we specialize in delivering high-quality consumer goods through a network of physical retail outlets.

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Cashier to join our frontline team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service—answering questions, resolving minor complaints, and directing customers to products or staff.
- Count and reconcile cash drawer at start and end of shift; report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with basic stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow company policies on returns, discounts, and promotional offers to ensure compliance and reduce loss.
- Report any suspicious behavior or security concerns to management promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
• POS System Operation
- Cash Handling
- Customer Service
• Basic Math Skills
- Conflict Resolution
- UAE Work Permit (or eligibility to obtain)
- Preferred
- Experience in retail or F&B environments
- Arabic language proficiency
- Familiarity with inventory tagging or scanning systems
