Key responsibilities
- Perform alterations, repairs, hemming, and tailoring of employee uniforms.
- Maintain garment care and presentation standards for employee uniforms and guest attire.
- Oversee issuing, collection, tracking, and inventory management of employee uniforms and guest garments.
- Coordinate dry cleaning, laundering, and specialist care for garments, linens, and bedding.
- Monitor uniform stock and maintain wardrobe records, inventory systems, and garment tracking processes.
- Ensure uniforms are pristine and provide personalised wardrobe assistance to employees and guests.
About you
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality craftsmanship and garment presentation.
- Previous experience in garment alterations, tailoring, sewing, or wardrobe operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a warm, professional approach.
- Luxury hotel, wardrobe, dry-cleaning, or uniform services experience is advantageous.
- Confident computer skills, including experience with inventory and record-keeping systems.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
