Responsibilities
- Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously according to established standards.
- Clean designated areas according to procedures, routines, and hygiene requirements.
- Clean and refill cruet and condiment sets.
- Keep flowers and table decorations fresh and up to standard.
- Set tables to standard, ensuring items are clean, undamaged, and in good repair.
- Keep station sideboards stocked with replacement cutlery, linen, and other supplies.
- Clear tables promptly while allowing guests to finish without feeling rushed.
- Charge customers correctly, present bills, and take payment according to establishment procedures.
- Maintain good customer relations and assist guests without adversely affecting other customers.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress; attend required meetings and training, and perform other related duties.
Experience
- Three years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
