Lead front-of-house service at The Grey and help ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurant's standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise waitstaff operations and ensure attentive, personalized guest service.
- Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities, menu updates, and service expectations.
- Train and coach waitstaff on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
- Monitor table service and dining room flow; handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Coordinate service execution with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards and ensure compliance with company, hygiene, and health and safety policies.
- Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance feedback.
- Support service, revenue, and guest satisfaction goals; monitor service equipment inventory and report maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Four years of Head Waiter/Waitress experience is required.
- Previous Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or premium dining environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure; guest-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
