Multiple waiter and waitress roles are available with luxury dining employers in Dubai through Say HELLO!, a video-first recruitment platform.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
- Set up and clear tables and maintain dining-area cleanliness and hygiene.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve basic issues, and process payments.
- Promote menu items or specials as needed and support a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and communication skills are expected.
- Food and beverage and food-service experience are required to manage orders and uphold hygiene standards.
- Basic cooking and food-handling awareness is expected for coordination with kitchen operations.
- Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and demonstrate attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
- Prior waiter/waitress or similar front-of-house experience is preferred; POS familiarity and cash handling are advantages.
Schedule and languages
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is requested.
- English proficiency is requested; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
