The role supports reservations for Tattu, a luxury hospitality brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries by phone, email, and digital channels; provide accurate availability, rate, and service information.
- Create, modify, and cancel bookings in the reservation system and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Respond to guest requests, manage special requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Keep current on promotions and policies; handle payment and guarantee procedures.
- Follow standard procedures to support guest satisfaction and efficient reservation operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills; professional interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Experience with reservation or booking systems, basic data entry, and digital tools.
- Good organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and a service-oriented approach when handling inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes.
- Previous hospitality, front office, or call center experience is an advantage.
- English proficiency required; additional regional languages are beneficial.
- Basic numerical skills for rates, discounts, and payment-related tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further hospitality or tourism education is a plus.
