Role overview

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate orders through POS systems and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during meals and handle complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
• Process cash and card payments, issue receipts, and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.

What we're looking for

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a friendly, positive team-player attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
