Requirements
- Previous experience in sushi preparation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of sushi ingredients, knife skills, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of sushi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support senior sushi chefs during service.
- Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation.
- Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
