Provide professional food and beverage service and help make guests’ restaurant visits memorable.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to hotel standards; greet and seat customers with professional, discreet, personalized service.
- Know the outlet menu and advise guests; monitor food and beverage quality and address customer complaints or queries.
- Maintain outlet hygiene and service equipment; prepare for service before, during, and after shifts.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage; use upselling to exceed expectations and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Ideally, a hospitality diploma or vocational food and beverage training, plus prior waiter/waitress experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Good command of English; guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A positive, pleasant attitude; adaptability, customer focus, responsibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
