Job Description
The Driver is part of the Front Office team at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.
The role provides guest arrival and departure assistance, hotel transportation, driving support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance during arrival and departure.
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
- Maintain current knowledge of the hotel and its services and respond to guest queries.
- Complete effective handovers and obtain information from earlier shifts.
- Forward guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
- Perform hotel car or bus trips and drives as requested.
- Control and manage guests' car keys.
- Maintain positive public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain parking spaces and the key cabinet, ensuring cleanliness.
- Ensure airport and crew transportation flow is maintained effectively.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Vocational training in hospitality is ideal.
- Previous experience in front office or transportation is preferred by the source wording.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- A valid local driving license and knowledge of the country's traffic laws are required.

- The candidate should have a well-presented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
- The role requires a proactive, hands-on, flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.
- The candidate should be able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a busy environment.
