We looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi.
We are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences and are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings throughout service
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and service procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
