Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information regarding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns efficiently.
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Support senior waiters and supervisors during busy service periods.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.

& Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
