We are currently seeking an experienced **Sous Chef specializing in Emirati Cuisine** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about traditional Emirati cooking, capable of leading kitchen operations, and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee authentic Emirati dishes to the highest standards.
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef specializing in Emirati cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Emirati recipes and cooking techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
