Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee daily front-of-house operations and support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising service teams, maintaining operational standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, grooming, and overall guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates to the team.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor restaurant inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain operational readiness.
  • Assist with cash handling procedures, opening and closing activities, and daily reporting.
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, operational goals, and team development initiatives.

& Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum **2–4 years of supervisory experience** in a reputable restaurant, café, or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
