The waiter supports the guest experience at ROKA, a contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurant brand.
Main duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Deliver dishes accurately and with attention to presentation.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized and ensure tables are set and reset to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality service for guests.
- Coordinate and communicate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support seamless service.
