About Woodshow
WoodShow is one of the leading international trade exhibitions dedicated to the wood, woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing, and related industries.
The exhibition brings together manufacturers, suppliers, traders, architects, designers, investors, and industry professionals from around the world to showcase the latest products, technologies, and innovations within the sector.
The exhibition serves as a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and business development by connecting global exhibitors with buyers and decision-makers across the wood and woodworking industries.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and proactive volunteers to support the operations of the WoodShow exhibition.
Volunteers will assist visitors, exhibitors, and the event team to ensure the event runs smoothly and provide a positive experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, exhibitors, and guests.
- Support visitor registration and attendee guidance.
- Direct attendees to exhibition halls, meeting areas, and event facilities.
- Provide general information about the exhibition.
- Assist exhibitors and event staff when required.
- Help manage visitor flow and queues.
- Distribute event materials, brochures, and badges.
- Ensure exhibition areas remain organized and presentable.
- Support administrative and event coordination tasks.
- Report any issues or incidents to the event management team.
