Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with exhibition industry experience to support marketing campaigns, event promotions, exhibitor coordination, and brand visibility for exhibitions and trade shows.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for exhibitions and events
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital promotions
- Prepare marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements
- Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, and suppliers
- Assist in planning and promoting exhibition launches, conferences, and networking events
- Track marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
- Maintain databases for exhibitors, visitors, and partners
- Support branding activities and ensure consistent company image across all channels
- Coordinate printing, production, and distribution of promotional materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the exhibition industry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the exhibition or events industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
