Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, designers, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Liaise with designers to ensure marketing assets are created and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor social media content calendars and marketing activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and vendors when required.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry activities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in exhibitions, events, or a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
