About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the exhibitions and events industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling exhibition spaces and sponsorship packages, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners.
- Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and event branding opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure successful event execution.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in exhibition sales, event management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the exhibitions and events industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
