Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities for exhibitions, conferences, summits, and related events.

The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media activities, liaising with internal departments and external agencies, and supporting exhibitor, visitor, delegate, and sponsor acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced exhibition environment.

Key Responsibilitiesmarketing Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Assist in developing annual and event-specific marketing plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Support lead generation and audience acquisition initiatives.

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate social media content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns and database segmentation.
  • Coordinate SEO and digital content activities with internal teams and external agencies.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, videos, and advertisements.
  • Prepare content briefs and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and production teams.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.

Exhibitor, Visitor & Delegate Promotion

  • Support exhibitor acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Assist in promoting visitor registrations and delegate attendance.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns targeting sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and attendees.
  • Prepare promotional toolkits for exhibitors and partners.

Public Relations & Media Coordination

  • Coordinate press releases, media announcements, and publicity campaigns.
  • Liaise with media partners and external PR agencies.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and media engagement activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, registration, conference, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and partners.
  • Support event sponsors and partners with marketing deliverables.

Event Support

  • Assist with on-site event branding and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate signage, promotional materials, and digital displays.
  • Support speaker, sponsor, and VIP communication where required.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Track KPIs, including registrations, leads, website traffic, social media performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within exhibitions, conferences, events, or B2B industries.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
