About The Role
We are seeking a creative and organized Videography, Photography & Media Asset Coordinator for a 6-month contract.
The role is responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content while also managing and organizing all raw media assets in a structured and professional manner.
The ideal candidate should be able to shoot products, events, team content, behind-the-scenes footage, location shots, and short clips for reels and stories, while ensuring all files are properly named, uploaded, stored, and ready for the marketing team and outsourced video editor.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos for products, events, staff, locations, ambiance, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture short raw clips suitable for reels, stories, and social media content.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, stability, and overall shoot quality.
- Organize all photos and videos in a shared media library.
- Create and maintain a clear folder structure for all media files.
- Rename files properly by date, brand, event, and content type.
- Upload raw footage and photos after every shoot.
- Select and share the best shots with the marketing team or editor.
- Maintain a content bank for future marketing use.
- Coordinate shoot requirements with Samer, Michaela, and the marketing team.
- Prepare raw files for outsourced video editors.
- Ensure no important footage is missing after each shoot.
- Maintain photography and video equipment if provided by the company.
- Edit and optimize photos using image editing and social media tools for marketing and promotional content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography, photography, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and basic shoot setup.
- Experience in product shoots, event coverage, social media content, and brand-related shoots.
- Ability to organize and manage large volumes of photo and video files.
- Good understanding of file naming, folder structure, and shared drive organization.
- Basic knowledge of video formats, image formats, and raw file preparation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience with basic editing tools is an advantage.
- Portfolio of previous photo/video work is preferred.
