About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry & Data Analyst to support the organization's reporting and business operations by ensuring accurate data management, analysis, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing analytical reports, monitoring business performance, and providing insights that support informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain company data and databases.
- Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and performance indicators.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Develop Excel reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis tools.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and organize business information.
- Generate performance reports and provide analytical support to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data management efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Arabic Nationality is Mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is Mandatory.
